"Super fresh and soft, honestly no complaints"
The cake showed up really fresh, which was a nice surprise. It wasn’t dry at all, soft, a little fluffy, and had just the right amount of moisture. I was kind of nervous about ordering a cake online, but it held up really well and tasted like it had been made that same day.

"Good cake, just a little too sweet for me"
The cake was good, like it tasted fresh and the vanilla part was soft, not dry or anything. The frosting had a nice flavor too, kind of rich and smooth, which I liked at first.
But after a few bites it got a bit too sweet for me, and I don't know, it started feeling kind of heavy. Not bad at all, just maybe not the kind of cake I'd personally go for again.

"Decent cake, but they need to be quicker to respond"
The cake itself was fine, no major complaints there. The only thing that bothered me was how long it took customer service to get back to me. They did eventually answer my question and they were polite, but I do think businesses should be more on top of communication, especially when people are waiting on details for an order. I might order again, but I’d definitely plan ahead and leave extra time just in case...

"Cake arrived on time, but ordering took some effort"
I was a little nervous about having a cake shipped, but it showed up exactly on the day they said it would. The box looked good, everything was still cold, and the cake was in nice shape when I opened it.
Tracking was simple enough, but I did feel like I had to keep checking it more than I wanted to, which was kind of annoying. Still, there weren’t any weird delays and the whole delivery went smoothly, so I’d probably order again...

"Cake arrived cold and in good shape"
I was happy when the cake showed up still cold and looking good. The packaging was sturdy, so everything inside was totally fine, even though the box had a little dent on one corner. It wasn’t 100% perfect on the outside, but the cake itself arrived safely, and I’m satisfied with that.
